PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT REVIEW
Assist in sourcing and securing the best land available including undertaking feasibility studies when required. Selecting the principle contractor to achieve the best project outcome including tender and contract review and negotiation. Provide thorough construction cost analysis, establish project schedules and oversee construction planning.
CONSULTANCY & CONSTRUCTION ADVICE
Attend site and office meetings, provide ongoing documentation review and manage dispute resolution. Assess, negotiate and approve variations and report on the potential impact to the project. Provide construction advice and assist when there is a conflict in contract documentation.
PROJECT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Provide representation to ensure an equitable outcome when dealing with the principle contractor and other project stakeholders. Administer the contract and monitor the performance of the principle contractor and overall project. Ensure that the delivery of the project is in alignment with the stakeholders’ requirements including assessment of construction stages and progress claims.
